This woman is exceptional!

This woman is exceptional! The trip was fantastic and everything worked out seamlessly! The flights, hotels, hotel location and the tours were ideal prior to and while on the ship. Kim came through as promised and beyond. She made sure we were comfortable during the trip from every angle. I watched her manage the dynamics of the group that traveled with her and she was able to meet the needs of all the lifestyles; first time cruisers, older and younger couples and families. Every detail of the trip was explained thoroughly in order for us to enjoy this monumental trip. After day one I had to share my experience via social media, where plenty are still asking 3 months later who planned the trip for us to get her touch. Thank you!
